What's next...

Congratulations!  You're in.  To help you plan for your enrollment at NKU, we have put together a list of things to do prior to arriving.

Accepted Students

• Carefully review your Transfer Credit Evaluation
  
• Apply for transfer awards, scholarships and financial aid
  
• Confirm My Enrollment. To reserve your place at NKU, please complete the enrollment confirmation form and pay the $75 fee.  Upon receipt of your intent to enroll, you will be invited to an optional orientation program, Northern Exposure.
  
• Military, advanced placement, or CLEP credit may be submitted to the Office of the Registrar, LAC 301, Highland Heights, KY  41099.  
  
• Learn more about living on campus

Confirmed Students (You have submitted your Enrollment Confirmation Fee.)

• Schedule an appointment to meet with your academic advisor.  You must do so prior to registering for classes.  If you are currently taking classes at another institution and have not yet sent a final transcript, you will need to provide a copy of your current class schedule to your academic advisor during your appointment.
  
• You can now activate your user ID.  This user ID (found in the top right hand corner of your acceptance letter) along with your password, allows you access to NKU webmail, the myNKU portal, and any campus computer.  You will need to see your password online at http://www.nku.edu/password to activate your user ID.
  
• Accept your Financial Aid

Attend New Student Orientation:  Northern Exposure

• This is an option for transfer and non-traditional students  

Arriving Students - I am ready to be a Norse!

• Prepare for Move-In and Welcome Week
  
• Register for a parking pass and pay your tuition & fees
  
• Don't forget to purchase your books!
